Seemingly, since the Scamdemic, honesty and principles have become extremely rare, after Big Pharma (through the WEF) wrote a completely new set of rules about truth and honesty in the medical profession. This became abundantly clear when the Covid Scamdemic was launched in order to justify a deadly, but highly profitable (dangerous) mRNA injections.
Whilst I think I'm relatively healthy, since the Covid Scamdemic (2019/2020), I have become very suspicious of Big Pharma, all modern meds and medical personnel. They seem to be directed by those who want to make money out of increasing the illnesses that they now create for that purpose. On a lighter note, but still relative to this topic, I have done various unusual things to establish the truth and to spread my beliefs and understanding since realising Covid & the jabs were a Plan to Cull the planet. And to spread my interpretation of the truth about corrupt Big Pharma and their controlling masters in Davos (The WEF).
On a preliminary visit to our local hospital to plan for an upcoming hip operation, I met a nurse who had to complete my registration form. She seemed very sullen so I asked her why she was so 'sad'. She told me she was being forced to accept the Experimental injection for Covid - or lose her job. I told her of my opinions and revealed my tee-shirt with a message about the dangers of mRNA vax printed on both front and back. She seemed pleased that she was not alone. On my way out from that hospital appointment, I left some anti-vax brochures in the hospital dispenser. It made me feel good!
I've had several tee-shirts printed with various messages regarding the Covid Scamdemic, the deadly injections (called 'vaccines'), post-vax death numbers, and other truthful anti-vax messages. I still wear these tee-shirts when shopping. Lest we forget!
A couple of years ago, I saw a local 'Jab centre' and, wearing one of my controversially printed tee-shirts, I went in to enquire about the sudden disappearance of 'Informed Consent', about ZERO LIABILITY of vax makers, and the down side of mRNA injections (called vaccines). The staff asked me to move away from the public reception area, but I refused, stating I just wanted some written info on Vax Safety and Efficacy and the dangers of mRNA vax, etc,. They called for 'security' but there was none. Eventually, in order to get me out of their reception area, they gave me a brochure which lied about the issues which we all know about today. It was a PFIZER brochure!
I've regularly emailed my Doctor and other surgeries that he's associated with, along with my local hospital and several NHS management centres, with written articles about Covid being man-made, Vax dangers, Zero Liability for vax companies, etc,. They've asked me to refrain, but I won't because I want them to know that we live in a, supposedly, Free Country, with freedom of expression to tell the truth. I'm sure most have now put me on their 'spam lists'.
Anyway, I hope we can all enjoy life without having to rely on dishonest mercenary medics who peddle medical poisons for their own financial gain. Hopefully, we can all remain relatively fit and healthy without corrupt meds from corrupt medics and the corrupt Big Pharma companies.

This is why most doctors remain silent on the Covid jabs, in my opinion, even though this case doesn't seem to be about that. They know what can happen to them if they speak out.
I’m curious as to what’s the real story behind the persecution of this doctor. Was he anti-vax..? Does he have “unpopular” covid views? What “dangerous” political views has he expressed?
He was giving good care to low income people and giving them the same level of care that middle class white women would get if they had the same health risks and conditions. He saw a high volume of patients and did "too many" hysteroscopies which were needed given who he was treating. He had real patients, did real procedures, gave real care - nothing like the Somali fraud, but the issue was, it was costing the govt money, that was what prompted all of this. He had a high volume of low income women and he provided the care they needed and it cost too much, all of it was legal, everything by the guidelines, but $$$.
The other thing which Kirk Moore brought up which I realize is also true is this. Apparently he was taking patients away from local hospitals by doing office based procedures instead of doing them at the hospital where the hospitals could have made more money. Someone who is a close family member to me had to have a hysteroscopy - she had uterine bleeding for 6 months that would not stop for 6 months, turned out she had so many uterine polyps, they were "too numerous to count" when she finally had surgery, though thank God, no cancer and no pre-cancer, but numerous polyps that had caused all the bleeding. Okay, for her to have the hysteroscopy in the hospital OR, the hospital got more than 30,000 for that, at least $31,000 or maybe $33,000, And the doctor got, separately, $2700 or maybe $2800. I looked at online ads, there were doctors who would do the whole thing in-office for maybe $5,000. Much cheaper. This doctor was helping Medicaid by doing it in-office for a much, much less total price, I am certain. It's less many if you do it in the office. BUT - as Dr. Moore pointed out, this would have made the hospital(s) mad because Dr. Moore did a very high volume of work, I know it was not only patients in Memphis, TN, but women from across the river, across a state line which is legal, but now it is hospitals in two states losing money because an independent doctor is taking away their patients which is legal, the women are getting good care, they tell their friends, he's seeing a lot of patients, the hospitals losing money may have complained about him, that could be a reason for an audit, but also he is costing Medicaid money from treating all those patients, and Medicaid will want to audit the people who are costing them more money. Kind "low hanging fruit." If you audit a doctor who only has 1 Medicaid patient there is maybe only a few hundred dollars to be recovered, but if a hundred Medicaid patients and many are getting a surgical procedure that costs maybe $4K or $5K, well if you had 50 patients, and I don't know the number but say it is 50 patients and say he gets $4000 for each one - and I do not know how much Tennessee Medicaid pays for that, but that is a realistic amount because where I live, doctors advertise on line that they will do this same procedure for $5000 or $6000 dollars, but I know Medicaid would pay less - so 50 patients x $4000, that's 200,000. It's not like Somali-type-fraud, there are real patients getting real diagnostic evals, not invisible patients and invisible providers and money going into a bank account for nothing. But if it is $200,000 that is where you start looking if you have the task of finding money that can be recovered to Medicaid. So they started there, and EITHER they found where he failed to dot an I or cross a T or they manufactured it totally. The real problem is a system that would rather prosecute a good doctor than to have a conversation. He was following govt guidelines and they are giving 20 yrs, and it is wrong, but there is a system that punishes doctors for treating patients on govt insurance.
Steve, if you make a funding page to help to pay for an appeal I would certainly share with others. He needs to appeal. The original charges were intentional to destroy his practice by these things that were not true that they had to drop, but it was all intentional, he was costing them money for care for low income people.
I think it is just they are on an anti-corruption tear. I saw an interview with him, their big issue was he did "too many " hysteroscopies which is an expensive procedure, but he had a low income population with many on Medicaid, he only did the procedure on appropriate patients but for that particular population, poverty, poor health, high risk for gynecological cancers - he followed the guidelines, he was a rule keeper. He had won awards for the quality his care, and he followed the guidelines and took good care of patients of poverty of a racial minority. But it cost the govt too much money and they had to nail him. Medicaid has always been like this, it is bureaucrats. I remember reading once 40 yrs ago about a dermatologist who made home visits to elderly who had trouble coming out for appts, and one procedure her staff unintentionally billed for a wrong billing code that actually paid LESS than what she had provided, but it was the wrong code and THAT is a crime. So - she spent a whole one year fighting this in court because she was charged. Think of that. Medicaid pays extremely low, and if you take it you are at risk of this happening to you. I was aware of it in my training years. I had read about cases that were just terrible in the 1980's - 1990's. But 20 years he got - no way. I just put a note in to Steve a few moments ago, asked if he would start up a funding campaign. People should help this doctor - I heard a long interview with him and also looked at his website. He was a really doctor, and I am certain he did nothing to deserve this. He gave excellent care to a population with a risk of cancer etc., poverty, minorities, excellent care, followed the guidelines on everything - doesn't matter. It cost the govt and they nailed him but there was no fraud this was totally manufactured. But I would hate to go on record for fear they would come after me if I stood up for him publicly. Memphis Gynecologist Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for Adulterating Medical Devices and Health Care Fraud

Performed more than 15,000 biopsy procedures with adulterated devices on Medicare and Medicaid patients
Memphis, TN – In January of this year, Sanjeev Kumar, 45, was found guilty by a federal jury of 18 counts of adulteration of medical devices, 16 counts of misbranding medical devices, and 6 counts of health care fraud. Today, on July 8, 2026, Kumar was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Sheryl H. Lipman to 240 months in prison with two years of supervised release. D. Michael Dunavant, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, announced the sentence.
U.S. Attorney Dunavant said, “This defendant used his medical license to target a vulnerable population of women seeking treatment in extremely personal and intimate procedures. He was motivated by greed, disregarded clear medical risks, and caused significant physical and psychological harm to his victim-patients. No punishment is enough to achieve justice in this horrific case, but we hope that this 20-year sentence will send a strong message of deterrence while holding Kumar accountable for his crimes."
Evidence presented at the trial demonstrated that Kumar was a Mayo-trained gynecologic oncologist who operated Poplar Avenue Clinic, a women’s health clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. The hysteroscopy with biopsy is an in-office procedure where a hysteroscope is inserted into the vagina, pushed through the cervix, and into the uterus. A grasper or pipelle is then inserted through the hysteroscope to take a sample of the endometrial lining of the uterus. The procedure is used to diagnose endometrial cancer. The FDA cleared several single use hysteroscopes and graspers, as well as reusable hysteroscopes to complete these procedures. The single use devices were to be used once and then discarded. To correctly disinfect the devices cleared for reprocessing, Kumar had to strictly follow manufacturer instructions.
Kumar routinely failed to subject the reusable devices to vital reprocessing steps between patient use thereby endangering patient safety. The single use devices, even if they had been correctly reprocessed, had to be labeled as such; and Kumar did not label them. Kumar used adulterated medical devices in more than 15,000 hysteroscopy with biopsy procedures on Medicare and Medicaid patients between September of 2019 and April of 2024.
Kumar purchased less than 200 new hysteroscopes and 3 of the 6 single use graspers of a certain type he purchased in 2019 were still in use in the office in April 2024. Thousands of women were subjected to hysteroscopies with biopsy using the dirty devices.
"Today's sentencing demonstrates that healthcare providers who seek to unjustly enrich themselves by using adulterated medical devices on unsuspecting patients will be held accountable to the highest extent of the law," said Special Agent in Charge Juan Berrios, FDA Office of Criminal Investigations, Miami Field Office. "We will continue to investigate and bring to justice providers who put profits over patient safety."
“Today’s sentencing underscores the serious harm posed by a physician who repeatedly violated the trust his patients placed in him. By performing thousands of invasive procedures with adulterated devices and billing Medicare and Medicaid for unsafe care, Dr. Kumar put vulnerable women at significant risk while diverting critical taxpayer resources for his own gain,” said Kelly Blackmon, Special Agent in Charge with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. “With our law enforcement partners, we will continue to ensure that those who forsake patient safety for profit are held fully accountable.”
Kumar billed more than $41 million for the hysteroscopy with biopsy procedures between September 2019 and April 2024. He netted more than $4.8 million for this procedure from Medicare and Medicaid alone. That amount does not include any hysteroscopy with biopsy procedures performed on patients with private health care insurance.
A separate hearing to determine restitution has been set on October 2, 2026.
Is this an accurate account of the situation? It appears to be a press release from the prosecutor's office; if so, then it's their side of the story intended for mass publication in the media.
I would be shocked if it were accurate. What I am most impressed by is that so many of us know of gross governmental criminal or quasi-criminal misconduct but that none of us knows the particulars of this case. If no patients alleged harm, and if Kumar was not billing for new devices while recycling used ones--and careful reading of the DOJ summary shows he was not doing this; his crime was failure to label--then yes this is certainly another corrupt DOJ persecution prompted by particulars about which we are reduced to plausible generic speculation. I posted the DOJ account b/c I read it quickly and mistakenly thought it showed Kumar had billed for new while using recycled devices, but even the crimes alleged by the DOJ show that this is a travesty of justice--we just don't know the its details.
Some details are known. I did read that DOJ refused to do lab exam on devices that were sitting in antibacterial solutions (because that would have killed the germs, so - no germs to find) but then turned around and used those very devices, cleaned according to CDC guidelines, as evidence against him, apparently claiming those very devices were adulterated. But at the very first, they charged him with "sexual abuse" because IF he was doing un-necessary hysteroscopies, then the act of doing it was sexual abuse, they accused him of that so everyone in his community thinks he is a sexual abuser, but in reality not ONE patient complained about him and they had to drop that, and there was something else along those lines. And the thing is, because he did so many of these, and it was Medicaid, he said in an interview that he phoned Medicaid every single time he did a hysteroscopy on a Medicaid patient and the pre-determined these were medically necessary. So if necessary, it could not have been "sexual abuse" or medical rape or whatever the DOJ had claimed and they did have to drop it. Every time, these were pre-approved. And he was NOT re-using the disposables, he said he had some in the medical waste bins to be gotten rid of and they were pulled out of the garbage and used as evidence these were recycled and reused. They were the ones recycling garbage for evidence. Hopefully he has a better experience with the Appeal, and then maybe he can sue the govt for damages, I don't know. If it is established in Appeals court that they did illegal things to cause damage, maybe there would be some route to compensation. I'm sure he'd be relieved to get out from under the 20 yrs sentence, but if the investigators acted illegally which one could wonder about right now, perhaps there would be some grounds for legal action. I don't know. I heard a one-hour interview a few months ago, and he was careful about what he said pending trial but he did talk about some of it, and from what I've read and also what he said before about these being pre-approved, there is no logical way to make fraud out of this but they did it.

The denial of early treatment for this disease, when that is normally how all diseases are treated, not by waiting for them to become far more dangerous, and efforts to deny the use of cheap, and in actual practice, effective drugs instead. Which is still being denied, because the EUA's were really illegal, because they were. My impression is that now, all doctors who are not completely malleable to exploitation by the power class, as so many overwhelmingly proved themselves to be, and who aren't plain indifferent to all moral concepts, may find themselves not only professionally discarded, but severely physically harmed, or worse. This doctor likely may have done any slight thing, that indicated they weren't OK with tyranny. I suspect that is all it takes now. Only the colluders will be allowed to remain in the profession, in case others may say something, about the extravagant malfeasance of so many others in it. It is a war of attrition to control profession PR. If you audit a doctor who only has 1 Medicaid patient there is maybe only a few hundred dollars to be recovered, but if a hundred Medicaid patients and many are getting a surgical procedure that costs maybe $4K or $5K, well if you had 50 patients, and I don't know the number but say it is 50 patients and say he gets $4000 for each one - and I do not know how much Tennessee Medicaid pays for that, but that is a realistic amount because where I live, doctors advertise on line that they will do this same procedure for $5000 or $6000 dollars, but I know Medicaid would pay less - so 50 patients x $4000, that's 200,000. It's not like Somali-type-fraud, there are real patients getting real diagnostic evals, not invisible patients and invisible providers and money going into a bank account for nothing. But if it is $200,000 that is where you start looking if you have the task of finding money that can be recovered to Medicaid. So they started there, and EITHER they found where he failed to dot an I or cross a T or they manufactured it totally. The real problem is a system that would rather prosecute a good doctor than to have a conversation. He was following govt guidelines and they are giving 20 yrs, and it is wrong, but there is a system that punishes doctors for treating patients on govt insurance.

Steve, if you make a funding page to help to pay for an appeal I would certainly share with others. He needs to appeal. The original charges were intentional to destroy his practice by these things that were not true that they had to drop, but it was all intentional, he was costing them money for care for low income people.
Also if anyone has any contacts with any sort of media, to expose this injustice.

I think it is just they are on an anti-corruption tear. I saw an interview with him, their big issue was he did "too many " hysteroscopies which is an expensive procedure, but he had a low income population with many on Medicaid, he only did the procedure on appropriate patients but for that particular population, poverty, poor health, high risk for gynecological cancers - he followed the guidelines, he was a rule keeper. He had won awards for the quality his care, and he followed the guidelines and took good care of patients of poverty of a racial minority. But it cost the govt too much money and they had to nail him. Medicaid has always been like this, it is bureaucrats. I remember reading once 40 yrs ago about a dermatologist who made home visits to elderly who had trouble coming out for appts, and one procedure her staff unintentionally billed for a wrong billing code that actually paid LESS than what she had provided, but it was the wrong code and THAT is a crime. So - she spent a whole one year fighting this in court because she was charged. Think of that. Medicaid pays extremely low, and if you take it you are at risk of this happening to you. I was aware of it in my training years. I had read about cases that were just terrible in the 1980's - 1990's. But 20 years he got - no way. I just put a note in to Steve a few moments ago, asked if he would start up a funding campaign. People should help this doctor - I heard a long interview with him and also looked at his website. He was a really doctor, and I am certain he did nothing to deserve this. He gave excellent care to a population with a risk of cancer etc., poverty, minorities, excellent care, followed the guidelines on everything - doesn't matter. It cost the govt and they nailed him but there was no fraud this was totally manufactured. But I would hate to go on record for fear they would come after me if I stood up for him publicly. Memphis Gynecologist Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for Adulterating Medical Devices and Health Care Fraud

Performed more than 15,000 biopsy procedures with adulterated devices on Medicare and Medicaid patients
Memphis, TN – In January of this year, Sanjeev Kumar, 45, was found guilty by a federal jury of 18 counts of adulteration of medical devices, 16 counts of misbranding medical devices, and 6 counts of health care fraud. Today, on July 8, 2026, Kumar was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Sheryl H. Lipman to 240 months in prison with two years of supervised release. D. Michael Dunavant, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, announced the sentence.
U.S. Attorney Dunavant said, “This defendant used his medical license to target a vulnerable population of women seeking treatment in extremely personal and intimate procedures. He was motivated by greed, disregarded clear medical risks, and caused significant physical and psychological harm to his victim-patients. No punishment is enough to achieve justice in this horrific case, but we hope that this 20-year sentence will send a strong message of deterrence while holding Kumar accountable for his crimes."
Evidence presented at the trial demonstrated that Kumar was a Mayo-trained gynecologic oncologist who operated Poplar Avenue Clinic, a women’s health clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. The hysteroscopy with biopsy is an in-office procedure where a hysteroscope is inserted into the vagina, pushed through the cervix, and into the uterus. A grasper or pipelle is then inserted through the hysteroscope to take a sample of the endometrial lining of the uterus. The procedure is used to diagnose endometrial cancer. The FDA cleared several single use hysteroscopes and graspers, as well as reusable hysteroscopes to complete these procedures. The single use devices were to be used once and then discarded. To correctly disinfect the devices cleared for reprocessing, Kumar had to strictly follow manufacturer instructions.
Kumar routinely failed to subject the reusable devices to vital reprocessing steps between patient use thereby endangering patient safety. The single use devices, even if they had been correctly reprocessed, had to be labeled as such; and Kumar did not label them. Kumar used adulterated medical devices in more than 15,000 hysteroscopy with biopsy procedures on Medicare and Medicaid patients between September of 2019 and April of 2024.
Kumar purchased less than 200 new hysteroscopes and 3 of the 6 single use graspers of a certain type he purchased in 2019 were still in use in the office in April 2024. Thousands of women were subjected to hysteroscopies with biopsy using the dirty devices.
"Today's sentencing demonstrates that healthcare providers who seek to unjustly enrich themselves by using adulterated medical devices on unsuspecting patients will be held accountable to the highest extent of the law," said Special Agent in Charge Juan Berrios, FDA Office of Criminal Investigations, Miami Field Office. "We will continue to investigate and bring to justice providers who put profits over patient safety."
“Today’s sentencing underscores the serious harm posed by a physician who repeatedly violated the trust his patients placed in him. By performing thousands of invasive procedures with adulterated devices and billing Medicare and Medicaid for unsafe care, Dr. Kumar put vulnerable women at significant risk while diverting critical taxpayer resources for his own gain,” said Kelly Blackmon, Special Agent in Charge with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. “With our law enforcement partners, we will continue to ensure that those who forsake patient safety for profit are held fully accountable.”
Kumar billed more than $41 million for the hysteroscopy with biopsy procedures between September 2019 and April 2024. He netted more than $4.8 million for this procedure from Medicare and Medicaid alone. That amount does not include any hysteroscopy with biopsy procedures performed on patients with private health care insurance.
A separate hearing to determine restitution has been set on October 2, 2026.
Is this an accurate account of the situation? It appears to be a press release from the prosecutor's office; if so, then it's their side of the story intended for mass publication in the media.
I would be shocked if it were accurate. What I am most impressed by is that so many of us know of gross governmental criminal or quasi-criminal misconduct but that none of us knows the particulars of this case. If no patients alleged harm, and if Kumar was not billing for new devices while recycling used ones--and careful reading of the DOJ summary shows he was not doing this; his crime was failure to label--then yes this is certainly another corrupt DOJ persecution prompted by particulars about which we are reduced to plausible generic speculation. I posted the DOJ account b/c I read it quickly and mistakenly thought it showed Kumar had billed for new while using recycled devices, but even the crimes alleged by the DOJ show that this is a travesty of justice--we just don't know the its details.
Some details are known. I did read that DOJ refused to do lab exam on devices that were sitting in antibacterial solutions (because that would have killed the germs, so - no germs to find) but then turned around and used those very devices, cleaned according to CDC guidelines, as evidence against him, apparently claiming those very devices were adulterated. But at the very first, they charged him with "sexual abuse" because IF he was doing un-necessary hysteroscopies, then the act of doing it was sexual abuse, they accused him of that so everyone in his community thinks he is a sexual abuser, but in reality not ONE patient complained about him and they had to drop that, and there was something else along those lines. And the thing is, because he did so many of these, and it was Medicaid, he said in an interview that he phoned Medicaid every single time he did a hysteroscopy on a Medicaid patient and the pre-determined these were medically necessary. So if necessary, it could not have been "sexual abuse" or medical rape or whatever the DOJ had claimed and they did have to drop it. Every time, these were pre-approved. And he was NOT re-using the disposables, he said he had some in the medical waste bins to be gotten rid of and they were pulled out of the garbage and used as evidence these were recycled and reused. They were the ones recycling garbage for evidence. Hopefully he has a better experience with the Appeal, and then maybe he can sue the govt for damages, I don't know. If it is established in Appeals court that they did illegal things to cause damage, maybe there would be some route to compensation. I'm sure he'd be relieved to get out from under the 20 yrs sentence, but if the investigators acted illegally which one could wonder about right now, perhaps there would be some grounds for legal action. I don't know. I heard a one-hour interview a few months ago, and he was careful about what he said pending trial but he did talk about some of it, and from what I've read and also what he said before about these being pre-approved, there is no logical way to make fraud out of this but they did it.

It begs the question, whether they want to "terminate" any and all doctors, who are not complicit in the devastating vogue, lately, of administering mass death, instead of doing what their consciences tell them to. 9 million minimum, dead from Covid-19 vaccines (so-called) according to Ed Dowd. Maybe several times that many, one estimate is 4 times that. Then all the tens of thousands or more, put on respirators, with an over 90% death rate. Which was not the indicated treatment for that disease, according to past VP of Pfizer, and a specialist in related fields, Dr. Mike Yeadon. And the exclusive use of Remdesivir, which has an over 50% death rate. The denial of early treatment for this disease, when that is normally how all diseases are treated, not by waiting for them to become far more dangerous, and efforts to deny the use of cheap, and in actual practice, effective drugs instead. Which is still being denied, because the EUA's were really illegal, because they were. My impression is that now, all doctors who are not completely malleable to exploitation by the power class, as so many overwhelmingly proved themselves to be, and who aren't plain indifferent to all moral concepts, may find themselves not only professionally discarded, but severely physically harmed, or worse. This doctor likely may have done any slight thing, that indicated they weren't OK with tyranny. I suspect that is all it takes now. Only the colluders will be allowed to remain in the profession, in case others may say something, about the extravagant malfeasance of so many others in it. It is a war of attrition to control profession PR. The action of cowards who will ultimately be exposed and fail, but who are trying to buy any time they can, by trying also to create distractions, instead of allowing attention to the real crime.

I believe it was the local hospital that he took all the business away from that ultimately turned him in because they were losing revenue. He then turned them down when they offered a “partnership” deal that was totally one-sided. Once again, money talks.
